The Children’s Therapy Center, Inc. (TCTCI) has proudly served Clear Lake and Bay Area families since 1994 as the region’s original sensory integration–based pediatric therapy clinic. We provide occupational therapy and speech-language therapy services for children ages 6 months to 21 years.

Our approach is child-centered and play-based, fostering meaningful relationships while supporting each child’s participation in daily life. We believe in partnering with parents, encouraging their presence and active involvement during therapy sessions.

Our highly trained therapists bring expertise in Sensory Integration, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Interactive Metronome, Integrated Listening Systems (iLs), Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Craniosacral Therapy, and the SOS Feeding Approach. In addition, TCTCI offers Social Buddy Groups designed to promote self-regulation, social participation, friendship building, and social thinking strategies for enhanced social engagement. We also provide assistive technology and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) evaluations to support communication needs.
